The Solvin Pretzel
The Solvin Pretzel designed by Gilles Ebersolt is a lightweight inflatable structure used to explore the rainforest canopy. It’s dropped from from an airship onto the forest canopy where it can perch without falling through, giving researchers a base to explore the ecosystem from. They can even camp out there in tents (via hippieflavor iamdanw)
